Floral Fireworks in Winter

Today I discovered flowers on the Witchhazel in my front yard! I was expecting it to bloom soon, but it still took me by surprise... I didn't notice a hint of it until BOOM it's in full bloom.

Is this ND's or a diff. one?

It's a different one, a second that I added to my yard because it was rejected by a client.

ND's isn't as spectacular this year, though I'm planning to send her a picture anyway.

Nothing's wrong with ND's, but here's an explanation: When I get a plant from a nursery, it has often been fertilized enough by the nursery that it produces a lot of flowers in response to the fertilizer. That means the first year I have it can be pretty impressive. Then in year two it is often adjusting to the new site, and the fact that I don't fertilize, so I think that is why ND's witchhazel isn't so floriferous this year. However, the plant is healthy, so it should adjust and probably bloom more next year.
